My partner Krista and I have been working with Christina for a decade now. We can rave about her professionalism, her attention to detail, the steps she takes to make sure our homes look gorgeous and sell for what we want, the constant connection over the years. She always thinks of us at occasions and showers us with gifts. But what is so incredibly meaningful is that she knows our life stories. Our experience in renting and eventually selling our investment property with Christina has been amazing. She provided a professional, full-service experience that you simply are not going to get with others. This included formulating a sales strategy custom to our property and market conditions, full staging and prep, negotiations, handling the document, and closing process. All while taking the time to make sure we understood and were comfortable with every step. Do you want someone who invests themselves, their brand, their full time and skill into selling your home?   Look no further than Christina.  You're not a number with her, you're valued.  We sold our condo with her after buying our house with another agent and my wife and I were kicking ourselves that we didn't do it all with Christina.  From end to end she has a method of walking you through the scary process of looking at the market, pricing, getting ready to post to market, the open house and selling process, competitive bidding, and closeout.  She got us the top sale in our building on record not because we had a special unit but due to her approach, her staging, and the care she shows.  Forget these agents that just treat you like another paycheque or a part in an assembly line - Run to Christina.  This sale was a few years ago and I still remember the experience.
